In the end of April, anchor Apple announced its launch of its latest power adapter to charge the Apple devices, Powerport ATom PD2. Ankar’s new powerport provides two USB-C charging ports and a power enclosure up to 60 W., smaller than the standard stock laptop charger.
Powerport Atom PD2 uses 2 gallium nitride or gn, a new ingredient that allows semiconductor elements to shrink, which leads to small charging accessories. Anchor is updating its power adapter line with the Gan, bringing more compact charging options that take less space.
Design Wise, Powerport Atom PD2 is smaller than your standard 61W or 87W charger, but it is not smaller and compact as low power 30W Powerport Ateom PD 1 It is 2.72 inches by 2.72 inches and it only becomes one inch thick.
In comparison, Apple’s 61W USB-C Power Adapter is 2.85 by 2.85 inches and it is about the same thickness, so you are not saving lots of space with Powerport Ateom PD 2, but it is much more versatile as described below.
It is used when it is made from a glossy white plastic material with a gray face, an anchor logo on the side and a charging index. Back, there is a set of retractable prongs that can be folded when you can fold to make the power adapter be easy to carry around.

I don’t have a 13 -inch 1 MacBook Pro, but Powerport Atom PD2 was able to charge my MacBook at the appropriate speed and at the same time my iphone XS was able to charge Max quickly, providing 50 percent charge from the dead within 30 minutes.
