Accessory manufacturers have been receiving new Q2 standard in recent months as it provides Maggsaf facilities without the need to license Magagsafe technology from Apple. Mafi launches its first Q2 device in May, a car charger, a 3 -in -1 charger and a battery pack debut.
All new accessories of Mofi charge the iPhone up to 15W, equivalent to EMAGSAFE, the first version of QI Limited Wireless charging at 7.5W, but Q21 supports the Q2 15W, which includes the same magnetic connection for the MMAGSAFE. The magnetic energy provides the insight of the profile.
The iPhones also support QI2 that supports EMAGSAFE, so you can use the Mofi charger with iphone 12 model, iphone 13 model, iphone 14 models and iPhone 15 models. Except for the iPhone 12 Mini and iphonee 13 min (which is limited to 12W charging), the iPhones will charge up to 15W with QI2.
Snap+ Powerstation Mini with Stand
$ 70, Snap+ Powerstation Mini is a battery pack that is designed to charge iphone while running. It has a 5,000 mAh battery inside, and it snaps directly behind an iphone in Apple’s current uninterrupted Magsaffe Battery Pack.
About 4 inches tall and at 2.75 inches width, the Powerstation Mini fits well on the back of an ipphone 159 pro max. With a magnetic ring, it pops in the iPphone and lives in place. Powerstation Mini is 0.25 inches thick and its weight is about half a pound, so I found it as the most soret charging alternative. It adds a large amount of bulk on the back of the iPhone 3, but it is small enough to make a bag so that you have extra battery if needed.
Behind the Powerstation Mini, there is a fold-out stand that you can use facetime calls, gaming, video to watch and make iphone erection. It works in landscape or portrait mode, so you can use it with standby.
The body of Powerstation Mini is made from a black plastic but the stand material is made from aluminum. The front of the device has a soft silicone material that does not scratch any iphone when charging and the overall design you can expect from the battery pack. There are four LED lights so you can see the charging of the charge and the monitor and a USB-C port that is used for recharging.
During my exam, a Powerstation Mini Battery Packs failed directly after a few days of use. I couldn’t get it in considering what I tried and in the end I sent it back to Mofi and they sent me one more for the exam. Moffi says it is not a problem that it is seen earlier and the new Powerstation Mini has been acting as expected without any failure.
In my test, Powerstation Mini was able to charge my iPhone 15 Pro Max in 38 percent in an hour and it was about the same charging speed from an emagsafee charger. It was taken over 59 percent in two hours, but it was the maximum out of a 61 percent charge, which started from a dead -iphone
This means that it has added 61 percent battery life to an iPphone 154 Pro Max, which I will expect from a 5,000 mAh battery pack. You can get more from it depending on which one you have, but this is not the full charge of Apple’s largest -iPhone
When I had a low battery of the IPhone, the Powerstation felt warm with the mini touch, but it did not heat.
For the price, I don’t think Powerstation Mini is a good option for greater iphone models. This will not provide a complete charge, and I would rather spend that money on a large battery pack with a USB-C charge (Mofi’s 10,000 mAh battery pack has $ 60, and other brands that are even cheap). You are definitely giving a premium for the stand, so if you need effectiveness I can avoid it.
For iPhones that have small battery capabilities, I think Powerstation Mini makes more meaningful because you can get more from it.
Snap+ wireless charging vent mount
Mofi Snap+ Wireless Charging Vent Mount is also available for $ 70 and it is a good option to charge the car. There is a magnetic charging pad where the iphone is connected, a rotating pivot point and a ring that is connected to the vents in a vehicle to change the angle.
The mount was attached to a vent using compatible clips and was amazingly difficult to adjust the charger properly and properly adjust the charger. You need to slide the metallic hook between vent blades and then tighten it. It feels more secure than rubber clips, but the setup is a bit more involved and if you want to remove the charger from your vents it is difficult.
I don’t think this is a dealbreaker, but if I wanted to remove the mount from regular vent I wouldn’t get it. On the plus side, the hook is compatible, so it should fit well in any vehicle.
The charger contains an AL chosh extension arm so that you can be on top or bottom of the vent, or position it on the left or right. It was nice to get the ad-on arm to get the ideal viewing angle, and you could refine the ball joints that put the phone backwards in front or back.
Mofi includes a 1.5 meter USB-C Cable and a 30W USB-C car adapter, so it is ready to go out of the box. You just need to pop it out of the box, decide whether you need a compatible arm and then attach it to your vent and it is ready to go. There are even two glue cable management clips so you can go to the car charging port very nicely from the vent to the car.
Snap+ Charging Vent charge up to 15W and magnetic attachment is strong enough that the iphone car feels less likely to be stable and loose during the car. I had no problem with the vent mount of Mofi, it was necessary to quarrel with it a few times to make sure it was in the right corner. It has been charged and has worked as expected and I think if you have problems with the fit or effectiveness of the mounting options in another vehicle, it’s a good option.
Snap+ 3 -in -1 wireless charge stand
Mofi snap+ 3 -in -1 wireless charge stand is $ 130, and this is my favorite of Mofi’s new QI2 products. It is made from a strong white plastic, and it is compact in the form of thanks to the design.
The front has a magnetic iphone charging pad, an Apple Watch charger on the back and a small airpod charging surface at the bottom. This is one of the more flowing 3 -in -1 charging designs I have seen and I realize how much space it takes at my desk.
The charger is about four inches wide and six inches tall, and with the arm’s angle design that holds the iphone charger, the Apple Watch Charger is about to flush the back. The Apple Watch Charger is steep instead of the side, so you can’t charge an Apple Watch in Nightstand mode, but the iphonee can be charged in portrait or landscape orientation, so it supports standby.
If you get it in an ideal viewing corner to get it up or down or downwards, the arm itself does not fold itself so it is not a charger that is great for travel. Below, there is a built -in QI charger with shallow frustration for the airpods. You can get a second iphone to charge there, but due to indentation, the fit is not ideal and charging is slow.
Q2 -phone charging pads charge an iphone up to 15W, when the Apple Watch Charger charge 7.5W, so you are getting the fastest wireless charging speed for iphone and Apple Watch (it is fastest charging for apple -consistent Apple Watch models). Airpods charge at 5 W. A power adapter and charging are only included.
In my exam, Snap+ 3 -in -1 has charged my iphonee from 1 percent to 39 percent during an hour of an hour. For the second time, it is taken from 1 percent to 34 percent in an hour, which is somewhat outleter. The third test was around 38 percent around the first test. These are the same charging speeds that I get with Emagsafee
Bottom line
One of the estimates about QI2 is that it will make wireless charger more affordable because the licenses will not need to be issued for the license, the technology of Magsafee technology, but so far it has not been reflected in the price of QI2 accessories.
The price of QI2 will decrease in the future because the value has been widely accepted, but there is nothing in the way of savings compared to the disappointment. Mofi Q2 devices are hard and muffi is a credible brand, but I hope these products were more affordable. On the Plus Side, the school sales are coming back now, the 25 percent discount site is wide.
