Run Jaybird Review: A set of real wireless ear headphones that already remain in your ears

Certainly, the entire wireless ear headphones are the future of the sound inside the ear. AirPods of Apple, despite all the controversy surrounding them, kicked the entire industry in high equipment in an attempt to take advantage of different shortcomings. One of these competitors is Jaybird, now owned by Logitech, which we have given high marks in the past, especially the X series of Bluetooth headsets. Nevertheless, the Jaybird headphones were of a variety of wired, using a cable to keep the earphones connected to each other. X2 and X3 have been some of our favorite Bluetooth earphones for its comfort for its comfort, sound quality and durability – Jaybird made them with them, wires, all of them. Running is the first Jaybird attempt to completely get rid of the cable, and as the name suggests, this is expected to be used in a very active scenario, something that requires it safe. AirPods of Apple has received criticism of its uncomplicated design, which suffers from just a design. Nevertheless, Jaybird specifically designed the tour to stay in your ears regardless of what you do. In my opinion, they do. Of course, this is just one part of the largest product, and the operation is not perfect. Even with a truly great attack, there are some prominent defects – the Bluetooth Iffy’s performance was sometimes, the battery life (as you expect) is not amazing, and the sound is decent, if not exceptional. Suitable and design

Jaybird Run is one of the most comfortable ear headphones that I wore, and easily the most comfortable wireless husbands. Jaybird has used its distinctive “wing” design to help keep the ears run in your ears, and it works like the hero. It is easy to start only in running and going – you only need to push them and give each bud a small development to prepare the wing at the corner of your ear, and they conclude directly. Frankly, I was the quality of the running for me. I know that everyone’s ears are different, but for me, Japeeard has completely named this. Running is very safe in my ears and it was easy to get the seal without trying.

If you don’t like “wings” on your headphones, the running may not do anything to change your opinion. The fact is that it is necessary – without it, it will always be at risk of losing a headphone, and it will be a major defect on a product that is apparently designed for very active use (for example, operation). I will not try to change anyone’s opinion on the entire wing case, but these are the best headphones that use this design that I wore at all.

The lack of a cable between the buds means that there is nothing to sweep, pull, or rub. The feeling that I am unwanted in this wire is real – it will be difficult for me to return to getting one.

For suitability and comfort, I will give the range the highest marks. Jeberd really got this right.

Both earphones also have an actual button (see where the Jaybird logo), which can be formed – a little – in the Jaybird app. By default, the right earpiece works as a temporary/stopping button, while the left activates the Google Assistant. Instead, you can adjust the left ear headphone as the audio and right level section as the sound level.

Since the battery should be at the cover of each earphone, there is no great room for the driver in fully wireless headphones. The range is not different – this is not the strongest earphones than the Bluetooth that you tested, as it is not the best. However, even compared to X3, I think the range compares well well from the total audio quality point of view, even if it is not loud.

The operation contains a very balanced sound signature, you can adjust it with EQ sets in the official Jaybird app, but I found that the default setting was good for me. Al -Jahir is not a strong point, and this is logical – there is no big space for the sound to hesitate in these things. But the top circles and leverage are very clean and fragile, if not exceptionally detailed. In general, I do not notice the signing of the sound in running a lot, which is likely to be a compliment to a wireless headphone. It is good: not remarkably poor in any party, even if it is not exceptional.

Bluetooth performance

I have found that participating in a connection with my Pixel XL sometimes, although the use of Galaxy Note8 tends to solve it. In particular, the sound is cut off from one earphone, especially when my phone was in my pocket. I am not the only one who faced this problem (Ryan is also testing it), and it is certainly worth noting. However, the problem never occurred when using Note8, and it was just a problem on the pixels in certain circumstances. So, I blame the pixel.

Ensure that both buds are generally supported not a source of concern in general, as they will always store them in the case of shipping (more about it in the next section). Pulling it from the case works on both earphones. However, if you turn it off and then return to them later, you will need to run each earphone individually and hope they will be connected. Sometimes, running may fail to associate with each other when she had to restart them manually, but to turn it on again and solve the problem in general.

And yes, you can use only one ear if you want it – but only right. The left is just a “slave” device and will not work on its own.

Battery life

Here is the place where things get a subsubar expected: the battery life at the entire wireless ear headphones are not great. Jaybird running rates in about 4 hours of operation time. My experience is similar to 2.5 to 3. Of course, this will depend greatly on the level of the sound you listen to, and I have no doubt that the Jaybird character is accurate for modest outputs. But if you raise it, expect to run ran very quickly.

You can use the Jaybird app to monitor the battery level in the earphones directly from your notification bar, which is great, and it appears to the battery level for each side. The right “master” drain, as it may guess, drain more quickly than the left.

Recharges are paid via MicroUSB, and the combined battery can fully recharge the full -time of empty.

Charging is achieved through the embedded battery condition, which has enough capacity to fully recharge the entire twice before itself to charging. And yes, the MicroUSB port – does not USB -C for our voice accessories so far, is used. Shipping is at least fast. Jaybird says that you will get an hour from the time of listening 10 minutes after charging if you fill it from an empty, although I could not measure the time that took 0 to 100 fees.

The case itself revolves around the size of the described birth control pill, which means that it is really thick in the pocket, which is a kind of shame. But it will keep your operation gentle and protected while its juice (and not lost). Sitting in earphones in the case is simple, and I do not think that there is any way you can put so that the contacts do not line up, which is great.

With a prescription pill bottle, the charging condition is very large in the pocket.

conclusion

Run Jaybird, if you ask me, is an excellent first effort in a really wireless earphone. Get the right to suit So Important, and Gaeerd Homeron struck – at least for my ears – at the first bat. The sound quality is respectful, the battery life is understandable, and the performance of public communication was not enough for a problem to be really annoyed.

As such, I recommend running – provided that you think it is equal to $ 180. This is a lot of money for Bluetooth, and I can understand why many people do not want to spend a lot on wireless headphones. Especially those you can lose easily.

But with these products, it seems that the operation is well studied and designed, and comes from a company that has constantly made excellent personal audio equipment with an active orientation. I get a choice of “Most Wantd”, because in fact, this is not an easy product to get right, especially in the first attempt. It is not perfect, but I do not have any reservations that refer to a friend or family member to do so before I create AirPods – the more secure the most secure fit abolishes the greatest concern about the entire wireless ear headphones, and most people think it looks great. Perhaps it is the greatest benefit ever, no one will confuse them for the actual AirPods.
