Savalt D is a MacBook Dock that is a unique feature – a built -in cooling fan that is designed to reduce the temperature of a MacBook while using a clammeal mode with an external monitor. Keeping MacBook is a MacBook when the processor helps prevent throtling due to high temperatures.
It reduces the temperature and speeds up the performance and we have left with the SOOLT D to test the claims that we are fascinated by how it works.
Made with a two -pound block of aluminum, Soolt D is an interesting, view stand ie stand that matches the MacBook line of Apple. Savalt D keeps a small stand that takes the air through a macbook and thanks to a compatible rubber foot, it is compatible with all Apple’s notebook.
To test the Soolt D, we have exported two separate videos from a MacBook with and without the dock. Without using the dock, it takes 15 minutes to export a video and the temperature of the MacBook rises to 121 degrees Fahrenheit. With the stand, our video was exported within 14 minutes and the stand was kept at the MacBook 105 degrees Fahrenheit, which is a 16 degree difference.
One of our complaints about Sovalt D is concerned about the two methods of the fan. There is a general mode and a silent mode but a special standelone only needs to be used to switch between them, which is somewhat hassle and extra spending. Fortunately, both modes are relatively quiet and not as much as the MacBook fan, but the silent mode is definitely a better choice for users who want quietly possible performance.
In our opinion, Savalt D is a strong dock that keeps your MacBook cool when used with external monitor, survives according to its claim. Available at Soolt de Silver and Black and can be purchased for $ 149.95 from the Soolt D website. Silence adapter is available at $ 8.95.
