Wear OS Smartwatches are common options among Android users. These wearable devices are well compatible with most Android phones, and new options, such as the TicWatch Atlas of Mobovoi, in a continuous flow. Some most famous smart watches in OS Smart-OS include, of course, pixels, and Samsung Galaxy Watch. But there are many reasons that someone may search for an alternative to these larger names, and I went up the latest hour of MobVOI to the painting to become exactly.

What is good in the Mobovoi Ticwatch?

The brand is devoted to improvement

The MobVOI TicWatch ATLAS screen is the most popular feature. (It is not the basic OLED screen, although this is also great.) The atlas includes a sub-layer of high-energy, which uses minimal battery consumption to view important AT-A-Glance details such as the number of steps and heart rate. This screen is largely similar to the screen on Mobovoi Ticwatch Pro 5 Enduro, so don’t expect any great leaps if you are already using this model, but it is a really new feature for new Mobovoi expatriates. This sub -layer is much easier to read in direct daylight and does not seem to create a large battery strain.

Mobovoi Ticwatch Pro 5 Enduro Review: A wonderful hour update

The repeated TicWatch Pro 5 experience, but some remaining defects remain

As Steve also indicated in his review of TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro last year, the last TicWatches has some simple software problems that may affect your comprehensive experience. There is still some giving and enjoying the atlas – for example, we still do not get a Google assistant, despite the Watch Sporting Other Google – but the Atlas shows some improvement on its predecessors. The application experience is still not wonderful. Garmin and Apple Companion applications are still better than leaps and limits, but TicWatch has improved at least.

For anyone, I did not feel that the Atlas lacks any health or fitness features for its price. It contains all the sensors required to go to running, hit the gym, or complete an exercise routine, such as Pilates, at home. All data collected from the watch, including heart rate, pulse, daily steps, and sleep data, are sent to Companion, MobVOI Health, where the user can review data in simple user interface elements.

Although I still think Garmin is the general pioneer when it comes to the battery life, it should not be reduced from the TicWatch atlas.

Gps MobVoi TicWatch Atlas is likely to be accurate enough for most users. In my experience, it was somewhat the exhibition to plan to walk well on the road as soon as I went under the coverage of the trees, but the final total of the distance was only ten miles. All in all, although the atlas should cover more than the needs of health and fitness tracking for most users.

Usually, if you want to ask me about a good recommendation in a smart watch based on the battery life alone, the first word of my mouth will be Garmin. Although I still think that Garmin, in general, is the leader of the package when it comes to the battery life, it should not be underestimated by the TicWatch Atlas. For one of them, a huge atlas battery – 625 mAh, larger than many important Atlas competitors. In my use days (where no physical fitness was tracked and the notifications were minimal), the atlas battery decreased by 10 to 15 %. On the most demanding day (including outdoor walking, interior yoga, sleeping, and a full day of work notifications), the battery decreased to 55 % after 24 hours.

What is bad in the Mobovoi Ticwatch?

Aesthetic is not suitable for everyone

Mobovoi Ticwatch Atlas, higher offer to control the list

Let me be clear: I love the way the Atlas looks like. I just like the way other hours look like; I am particularly involved with pixels watching aesthetic, as well as Garmin’s Elegant Lily 2, when it comes to the normal daily use.

TicWatch is a big step away from the visual appeal of any of these, as it embraces its sponsor to the maximum, with the mind and the silhouette that reminds me of gravel Polar Grit X2 Pro. Its case is larger than Garmin Fenix 8, the other watch that spent a lot of time on my wrists at the time of the Atlas test. Along with the numbers and orange letters, as well as a mark of 83 grams on your wrist, this is an hour that you expect to see on the wrist of a bike, roaming or hunter plate, which is absolutely bad, but has its place.

Tank

In general, my test went to track the fitness of TicWatch Atlas without any obstacles. The accuracy of a very consistent step has shown and GPS well. The detection of the fall is one luster on the Atlas record, though. It was a smart advantage to add it, but I found it was excessive to discover the fall. “Fall” was discovered twice during yoga, and once during the dance exercise routine. I am sure that the feature of detecting the fall is very useful in some scenarios (and when it works constantly), especially since the discovered fall can automatically lead to the SOS call if you are hurt in the forest alone. But since most of my activity takes place at this time of the year, I stopped the feature after three false warning devices.

Another consideration that must be concluded when looking at the atlas is the fact that it manages the wearing of the operating system 4, and it may be in the foreseeable future. However, most users will be completely fine with their operating system in one generation.

Should you buy it?

Mobovoi Ticwatch Atlas on the side, top of a wooden box

There are a lot of Android smart watches that compete to be your favorite. Even the adventure outside the Wear OS circuit, there are many options from Garmin, a brand that is consistent with any Android smartphone and polished its accompanying application. So, who is the Mobovoi Ticwatch?

It is definitely not a young younger in search of an appropriate hour. The biggest, the orange, and the comprehensive accents will appear in place in some environments. For a smart hour that works largely like TicWatch, but with a minimal approach, Pixel Watch 3 is a great choice.

In general, Ticwatch Atlas is a great watch for Android users who do not want to break the bank on a new that can be worn, and they have relatively medium needs when it comes to tracking activity and fitness. MobVOI took enough time to polish the strikes that we have noticed in the previous TicWatches watch, and with the battery life for days and unique and unique masked OLED screen, the Atlas is a functional watch, even if it is not the most advanced.
