conclusion
The headphones occupy the high level of noise in the list of basic elements to bring a trip. By alleviating the sounds of children crying, naughty passengers, and faded palm trees of jet engines, NC headphones can convert a miserable travel experience into an acceptable one. The headphones shown above are JBL EVEREST Elite 750NC, and I liked it. With MSRP worth $ 299 and the current street price of $ 229, it is not cheap, but it is served in critical areas to cancel noise, comfort and sound quality, which helps to justify its noble price. You have faced some small problems with headphones, but you can decide for yourself if it is big fears enough to prevent you from thinking about a pair.

Goodness
comfort |
Soft tension, pillow, and head calibration tension well for a pair of headphones that I can wear for hours without fatigue. |
voice |
After updating the last software, Everst Elite Sound Marvelous looks with Bunchy Bass and a lot of size. |
Abolition |
The default noise abolition mode works in a flawless manner, and significantly reduces the surrounding noise. |
Not very good
Cables |
MicroUSB charging is the problem that can be seen in the UsB Type-C era, but it can be forgiven. The non-standard AUX-Port is a greater inconvenience, if you will lose the rope on a trip, it will be much larger pain. |
Quality building |
For headphones that started at a price of $ 300, these are a little pedestrian and plastic. I am not delighted from their construction and the composed cables you feel very cheap. |
The surrounding consciousness |
The presence of variable levels of noise cancellation is a great idea, but the distinctive Hesmorian voice that accompanies this feature reduces its attractiveness. |
Design and controls
Everst Elite 750NC can be easily recognized as JBL. Even without large JBL slogans decorated with every cup of ear, I knew in the heartbeat you make. It features an elegant brand brand design, with a lot of round edges and hidden shiny fees (such as the dolphin). I think they look well. They are not the most important headphones on the market, but they are not offensive either. Everst Elite is completely built of plastic (except for the Everst emblem above each cup), which maintains low weight, but lacks SMIDGE in a distinct feeling as a result of this design decision.
The head of the top of the ear is connected, with the socket joint merge the two parts. This adds greater elasticity in the ear to comply with the shape of its wearer head but also makes a more comprehensive package. The additional headphone width makes somewhat impractical to wear during your head resting on its side, either in bed or while traveling.
Controls on JBL cans are not my favorite. It is all assembled together on the thin edge of the head gang over the right ear. At the top, there is a sliding energy switch, followed by the volume control items with the operating button/temporary suspension between them. Moreover, near the base of the head gang, you will find the Bluetooth button as well as the surrounding awareness button – more about it later.
Although the buttons are very thin, it is difficult to distinguish all of them. Two of them have a small raised Nuba to help with tissue consciousness, but even with these bumps, I had to remove headphones several times during the initial test to ensure pressure on the correct button. The reactions of the buttons are sufficient, but they volatility a lot in their sockets. Generally, it is not a big admire. Yes, I used to them, but it is still very small and very.
Besides control items, the MicroUSB charging port and a 2.5 mm headphone socket (not sure that the JBL selects for a non -standard size) was found at the bottom of the headquarters on the right and left side, respectively. The cables covered are both sufficient, but nothing special. The best wire wrapped in the piece, and possibly a C. Cle in this price, but besides being a slightly standing, the cables are sufficient.
The semi -sporadic load box comes with headphones. It contains a useful diagram at the bottom to show the correct way to fold Everst (it is somewhat unconventional) and a secondary issue in the form of a small egg for the charging cable and AUX cable. Two bags, one on the interior and the other on the back of the outside, are comfortable for the headphone cable cabinet when it is in a hurry. There is also a belt that has a wonderful button to connect the box to backpacks, coarse fabric, or size of size. It is a small thing, but I dig it.
Comfort and proportionality
A mixture of luxurious memory foam ear and rotating cups make a very comfortable set of headphones. They are not equally with Bose to feel cloudy on your ears, but it is not bad. I can wear it indefinitely without fatigue. The head range expands an impressive amount and must be proportional to even the largest heads (important, David). With medium -sized nooggin, I only had to extend the tape a few clicks to find the perfect suitability. The band itself is lined, but I feel it can use a few other millimeters of foam to enhance comfort. The bow contains a perfect amount of tension, as the cups carry my vertical sides safely without feeling like a clamp.
The only other criticism that I have is that the pillow’s ear names can get somewhat on a warm day. Fortunately for me, I live in Seattle, and this is not something that I face a lot, but this is something worth referring to those who are warmer.
voice
Now for something that matters more. The appearance and convenience are important considerations, but the sound is the Paramount feature. These are fun headphones to listen to, especially when moving the heavy journey path. The vibrant and vibrant music, with a lot of punch. Bass can provide more control as it tends to drown in the middle and some of the most sensitive details in some paths.
Fortunately, the default EQ levels are easily changed with the JBL Comphones Companion app, so if you prefer to sign a more balanced voice, or perhaps a low -end -of -default end, it is easy to change. I will also notice that updating modern programs has improved the details and balance of the headphone significantly, so be sure to update the fixed program if you pick up a pair.
The noise cancellation works wonderfully on Everst Elite 750NC. I love in particular that you can choose between multiple levels of awareness of the surrounding noise, allowing some external noise so that it is not completely isolated from your environment. Preparation levels can be processed more for your preferences in the JBL app with very likable control; You can even adjust the surrounding noise level of each cup of ear independently (although I am not sure why you want it).
The role of the surrounding awareness button through different levels so that you can find the ideal balance of your current activity. There is a great deal of consciousness perfect for walking across the city, and low preparation is perfect for hacking from the sound of the loud children (as a father of three children, appreciate this).
There are a few negative aspects of canceling the surrounding noise. First, music loses a touch of its vitality when the African National Congress Party is involved, but this is somewhat typical. Second, there is a good amount of NC Hissing, which again, is a common problem with NC headphones. It is not recognized at all when you outperform the paths in the large size, but when listening to an audio book or a more nice music number, it is easily evident. Interestingly, the higher the noise cancellation, the less noticeable the whisper. When you are maximum cancellation, almost a complete whisper disappears. Therefore, if it bother you, turn it on the complete explosion or leave it.
Everts are also quiet for those who do not listen to, with no noise in low size, and only the lowest amount in higher sizes. Your partner or companion in the room is likely to appreciate this as much as I can.
conclusion
Are Everst Elite headphones near the top of the headphone I recommend? A week ago, they will not be, but thanks to the update of the programs and the recent low prices, they are now a more attractive proposal. An excellent pregnancy, comfortable convenience, and very respectable noise that makes them a great travel companion. This is if you can overlook some bad buttons and build quality that are semolina.
I did not try a pair of Bose Quietcomfort 35 headphones to compare it, but I read that Bose looks excellent, incredibly comfortable, and I baked Google Assistant. It is also much more expensive than 9 compared to JBL Everst Elite 750NC that was initially sold for $ 299, but can now be found for 9 (I’m not sure whether this is temporary.
My advice, as always, is to find a place you can try yourself with any other headphones you think. Your ears and head are the best judges for what is suitable for you. JBL EVEREST ELITE 750NC is available at Gunmetal, Mountain Silver and Steel Blue (the color you reviewed), or go to JBL, Amazon or Best Buy to verify it yourself.
