Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Graduate Training: The Dream of Falge Hitter

by red

It was a strange year for smartphones design. The fissure has greatly infiltrated all the main OEM at every point of price, but it seems that everyone hates it (or at least the most bustle on the Internet). However, manufacturers continue to plow, even with Samsung jump on the camera cutting vehicle before launching the Galaxy S10. If you are waiting with patience to end the innovation of the width, it is good to know some of the Chinese smartphone makers who have already reached alternative solutions to the frame free of the frame.

Vivo Nex has a pop -up selfie camera, and Oppo Find X has the front and rear slide cameras, and Honor Magic 2 slips down to detect the front face opening sensors. Technically, Xiaomi overcame this idea when they first released Mi Mix 3 in August. Then the official announcement came in October and is already available for purchase in China. It also makes his way to Europe next year, which means I was invited to give a closer look at it.

The Mi Mix 3 is impressive in an undeniable way when you get it for the first time in your hands, with a very thin frame from above, to the left, and the right – there is a chin, but barely noticeable. The screen to the body is 93.4 % great. The screen itself is nice and bright, which is the Samsung panel until you know the quality is present. For the earphone, there is barely noticeable incision along the upper edge, and the only thing that breaks the frame line on what is incredibly minimal front face. Turn it out and it appears to be very similar to any other Xiaomi device-the iPhone-SQUE, the circular fingerprint sensor, and the logo on the bright end. The back is made of ceramics, not glass, as it may appear for the first time. It is a great feeling in the hand. It is suitable.

The most important aspect here is the sliding mechanism, which is very satisfactory. There is no need for a lot of strength to pull the front plate down, and a small click that allows you to know that the neodimium magnet is closed in place. This reveals dual personal photo cameras and opens the application, all of which happens in the blink of an eye.

For a person like me who does not take many personal photos, this is a welcome solution – front cameras hidden from view until the rare moment you call. Do not miss the face opening, with no IR sensors as with Oppo Find X. In addition to launching the Selfie Cam camera, you will also be able to answer calls by sliding the open phone – wearing a nice nostalgia. Xiaomi has also collected some different sounds that could accompany the scroll, including somewhat noise the noise of the comedy sword.

Despite the largest added part of the sliding mechanism, the Mi Mix 3 does not feel thick or heavy. It was not mentioned but we can assume that there will be no IP classification for this phone – even Mi 8 and Mi 8 Pro that you just reviewed have no official insulation, and they have no physical restrictions. The other omission is the headphone socket.

I only had a very limited time with the device, so I can’t talk about general performance. It should be similar to Mi 8 Series, because the specifications are very similar (Snapdragon 845, 6 GB of RAM, etc.). I must admit that although I can’t wait to use the Mi Mix 3 from the perspective of the hardware, thinking about spending more time with Miui is not attractive. Below is hoping to update a promising program from now to January when I have to get a test unit.

In the box, for the first time as much as he realized, Xiaomi will include a 10W wireless charger. This is the Mi 8 feature that you lost, so it will be a welcome addition. A special condition will be included with the scrolling bar. There is no word yet about availability or pricing, but we expect the Q1 to release in the UK. In China, the basic model costs 3,299 CNY (about $ 480/380 pounds) although it is likely to cost more than direct conversion here. When we discover more, you will be the first to know.
